University Scholarship 2010 Arizona Highway Patrol Association Scholarship Criteria Applicants must be the dependent son or daughter of an active officer, civilian, retired or deceased member of the Arizona Highway Patrol Association.   Member must have five (5) years in the Association for dependent to qualify for the scholarship.   Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 23. Selection will be made by the Association based upon the following criteria: Grade point average, must be minimum of 2.5 GPA Undergraduate Community leadership Preference given to applicants who have received scholarship in past and kept up their scholastic average Full-time student as defined by attending university The amount of the scholarship will be $750 per semester but not more than $1,500 per year. Applicants must plan on earning their undergraduate degree within four (4) years.
