The January 2009 meeting was called to order at 0900 hours by President Jimmy Chavez at the Phoenix Mountain Preserve & Conference center located at 1431 East Dunlap, Phoenix, Arizona.  President Chavez began the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.
